Job Description:


- Draft plans, technical drawings, and blueprints for different industries

- Work with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure designs are completed to specifications and safety regulations

CAD systems to create/design developments parcel plans, roads diversions/closures

- Handling plots amalgamation, subdivision, and adjustment applications in coordination with architects and master planning teams

- Preparing and updating building permits / city control progress reports

- Make recommendations for improvements to existing Auto-CAD system and other drawing software
