A leading plastics manufacturing company is looking candidates for the below position.


Position – Assistant Manager – Packaging (BM/PET)

Job Location – Damman , Saudi Arabia

Salary Range: SAR 14000 – SAR 18000 + Family Benefits


To plan, direct, and monitor all production activities within an assigned area or unit to maximize the use of the organization’s resources and meet established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.

Schedule and control the production process as per the customer orders / requirements and product specifications while ensuring cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.

ü Lead and direct the production staff to achieve performance standards with regard to production targets, quality, safety and time utilization

ü Follows the approved budget for the department and controls expenses within the scope of the approved budget, investigates/corrects budget variances and drives to optimize operational efficiency.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar profile preferably in manufacturing industry.

Education/ Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma in technical area
